"Richard was given the opportunity to run the new office but commuting over 100 miles each way every day was not going to be practical. So we took up the relocation option. We didn't know where to start, nor had we any idea of when we were going to look for a house. Simon researched the area and then gave us an introductory tour of the area. He found and negotiated a deal on a fantastic home convenient for Richard's new office, but easy enough for us to travel and get to see my family. Simply brilliant!"
